Roxy DeLisi
Roxy was a female from our 1st Generation breeding from our Heidi and CH Winsome's Rocky Bearboa II. We met the Delisi family in 2013 from a mutual friend who shared information with them about our "Guardian/Foster/Adoption Program." The family visited our home and our puppies numerous times and we discussed our program and vetting process. The family was experienced in obedience training and competition. They were also familiar with the pedigree and lineage of our Heidi. Their son Nick (pictured below) wanted a quality German Shepherd, and picked Roxy from the litter.
Nick's mother Kristina trained and titled Roxy earning both a Canine Good Citizen Advanced (CGCA) award and her Companion Dog (CD) obedience titles. In 2021, the DeLisi family has started their own business Gusto German Shepherds with services including training, showing and breeding German Shepherds.
In late November of 2017 we bred Todorhaus Cloud Dragon (Drako) to Roxy. One puppy out of the 4 in the litter was donated through the SEAL Dog Foundation. French's German Shepherds plan to utilize future breedings with the AKC Breeder of Merit Todorhaus German Shepherds. That litter was whelped January 29, 2018. Roxy was bred to the famous Nocturne's Navigator, and her litter was whelped on October 8, 2019 resulting in 6 Males and 1 Female.
